1. About this site
These Terms govern your use of partners.rtlenglish.com (the “Site”), operated by RTL English Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”). The Site exists to recruit master licensees for the RTL English reading curriculum. By using the Site or submitting an application, you confirm that you agree to be bound by these Terms.
These Terms are drafted in English. If we provide a translation, the English language version shall prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency.
2. The service we offer
The Site is a recruitment surface. It allows education publishers, school networks, government bodies and edtech operators to apply to become master licensees for the RTL English curriculum. No commercial transaction takes place on this Site. Any master-licence agreement is negotiated bilaterally and signed separately.
The Site does not sell digital content, physical products, or subscriptions. Pricing, commercial terms, and licence structures are discussed individually with each applicant.
3. Eligibility
The Site is intended for use by representatives of registered businesses, not-for-profits and government bodies. By submitting an application you confirm that you are authorised to apply on behalf of your organisation and that the information you provide is true and accurate.
4. Intellectual property
All content on this Site (text, design, trademarks, logos, videos, curriculum references) is the property of RTL English Ltd or its licensors. Nothing on this Site grants any licence to use the RTL English name, marks or curriculum outside of a signed master-licence agreement.
5. No commercial offer
Information on this Site does not constitute an offer to enter into a master-licence agreement. Any partnership is subject to bilateral negotiation, satisfactory diligence, and a signed written agreement. We may decline any application at our sole discretion.
6. Use of artificial intelligence
Some content on this Site (including curriculum descriptions and partner materials) may be drafted or enhanced using artificial intelligence (AI) technologies. All material is reviewed and approved by a human before publication. AI-assisted content is provided for informational purposes only.
7. Third-party links
The Site may contain links to third-party websites (for example, the parent consumer site rtlenglish.org). We are not responsible for the content, products, services, or practices of any third party.
8. Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Nothing on this Site is intended to be, and should not be used in place of, professional legal, financial, or business advice.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will reflect any change. Material changes will be communicated to active applicants by email.
